I understand the confusion, however, despite me creating the bot, I am not in control of hosting the bot. Therefore, I cannot prevent your bot from going offline, nor can I make it become online.
 

I appreciate the frustration, inconvenience and annoyance when your bot goes down. This is why I do my best to maintain the uptime of the bot at all costs. However, despite my best efforts the bot may occassionally go offline. Unfortunately, this is beyond my control. But, as I understand how unfair the situation can be, I compensate for such by providing my customers with a discount. This is not funded by a foreign source, and does not come from any compensation provided, but instead from myself as a thank you for their patience and understanding.
